Biking season is here, yeah.... This is one of the grandest times of the year. I am looking forward to riding to work each day. I need the minutes on my bike, it is good for my heart, especially as I cruise down hill or working to get to the ever deceiving and challenging summit. Remember the most important thing in the trip of life is to enjoy the ride and not worry about the next hill.
